This Is Health Care

Health care workers are committed to their patients and residents. But the past two years have put a lot of additional pressure on the health care team. They're short staffed and burning out. And with rising costs, they're falling behind – with too many leaving the jobs they love.  

We need to support health care workers with safer working conditions and higher wages. So we can build the sustainable health care system we all want for the future.
